Return your new phone or accessory for a refund.
Our Refund Policy
- The phone or accessory must be returned within seven days of purchase with less than 30 minutes of talk time.
- The phone or accessory must be returned to the original place of purchase with an accompanying sales receipt.
- The phone or accessory must be in "like new" condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.
- Refunds apply to new phone or accessory purchases, and activation fees.
Repairing Your Phone
- Bring your phone within 30 days to any Mobi PCS store for inspection and possible replacement.
- The phone must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (sales receipt).
- The phone must be found to be defective to receive a replacement at no charge.
- The phone must be in "like new" condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.
- After 30 days, if the phone is found to be defective and still within the manufacturer's warranty period, you'll receive a "like for like" replacement immediately for a $25 expediting fee.
- Excludes phones that show signs of outside physical damage or are no longer within the manufacturer's warranty.
